Tips for Playing Online Roulette
I wish I could give you tips which are going to earn you a fat wad of cash at the end. However, I can promise you that if I had ‘cracked’ roulette, I absolutely would not be writing articles like this.
I would be sunning myself on some beach somewhere, maybe booking myself a spot on a Virgin Galactic trip into space. Who knows? What I can do, however, is share a couple of tips which will make it far, far more likely that you will win some cash on the game.
Play at The Best Roulette Sites
Remember; there are plenty of top casino sites which offer online roulette. I am not going to go into depth on how you can find one of those on this page. There is plenty of information out there. However, do make sure that you choose a reputable site. While playing online roulette on a reputable website is not going to really boost your chances of winning, it is going to make it a whole lot more fun to play online and that is all that you really want. You are playing roulette to have fun, while at the same time hoping that you can win some money. Some of the best roulette sites I would recommend ar as follows:

European Roulette - Betting Tips & Strategies
For starters; you should always try to play European Roulette. The house edge is smaller than in the American version, but the pay-outs remain the same. This is because European roulette has just a 0 on the wheel. American has a 0 and a 00.
Sure, you can try playing the American version if you fancy a bit of a change, but we can’t fathom why you would want to do that to be honest. Stick with the ‘even’ bets. Well, as even as they are going to get. So, for example, choose red or black, odd or even etc. This way you basically have a one in two chance of winning (sort-of, there is still the house edge in play).
You will not be winning that much if you go down this route, but you could feasibly win something if you continue to bet this way. This is the way I like to bet when I am looking to build up my bank roll for playing elsewhere on the website.
While I do not use this strategy, the Martingale strategy is something that people use a lot when it comes to roulette and it all comes from the ‘even’ bets. The idea is that you keep on betting on the same thing until you win. Each time you lose, you double your bet. If you can continue to do this, then you will eventually win all your money back.
One of the main reasons I do not personally use this strategy is because if you get an incredibly unlucky streak then you will be blowing through the whole of your bank roll. Like, it only takes a while for you to be playing an astonishing amount per bet. Look, this is what happens if you bet £1 per line:
- It only takes seven losses, which is quite feasible, for you to be pumping out £64 a spin. Not ideal!
Have a Bank Roll
It does not matter whether you are playing online roulette or some other game at a casino, you should always have a bank roll. Know what your bank roll is too. Try not to get rid of it all. Some people like to withdraw anything that they win over the bank roll. After all, what is the point in playing roulette if you are not earning a nice sum of cash to play about with?
Play Free Roulette to Begin With
If you are new to the world of roulette, then play a free table first. This way you can get a feel for the odds and how everything works without too much pressure on you. Some people will use a free table to get an idea as to how they wish to put their bets into play when they are in a real money situation.
Stick to the Outside Bets
These are the odd/even bets etc. that I mentioned previously. Try to stick to them. While you could make a sizeable sum of cash if you bet on a specific number, the chances of that number coming up is quite slim. Why not check out a few of the websites below? You can put these tips for playing online roulette into practice!
